Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to become a core member of our technical team. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on technical experience and development skills as well as a strong appetite to learn new technology. Cambrian is a quantitative investment firm for digital assets and applies a data and software-driven approach to investment management. Our goal is to earn our investors exceptional, uncorrelated absolute returns while limiting downside risks. We use data-driven, probabilistic models and sophisticated, automated trade execution algorithms. We have been in business since 2017, are well capitalized, profitable, and growing quickly. Cambrian is very much a technology company with a heavy emphasis on research and development. You do not need experience in finance to succeed in this role. This role would be an excellent opportunity for someone who has deep experience in software development looking for a challenge that is not a traditional technology or Internet company. You will utilize data, software and machine learning systems to create exceptional and measurable results as part of a small, experienced team.

Cambrian places great emphasis on integrity and diligence. We are building a team that is collaborative and inclusive. We value doing something well over doing it quickly. If you have the technical experience and think you would thrive in this type of environment, we offer very competitive compensation and benefits.
